Not ready to take the plunge into a full home makeover? Maybe you're planing a move and want top dollar for your place! Let's use your existing furniture and accessories mixed with some new items and ideas to help freshen up the look and feel of your space!
Here’s what you get:
2 hour initial consultation- I will either meet in person ( Which I prefer) or via phone to discuss your goals, budget and layout a ground plan for the space.
Concept Board - I will email you a concept board of images to further solidify the “feel or look” of the space as discussed in the consultation. This will be our image inspiration guide to your newly designed space.
Floor Plan- A floor plan of the final design; whether new furniture is added or simply rearranging the existing space, it will be laid out for you to see.
Personalized color selection review - This is a separate 1 hour review where we will focus on color. We can play with paint concepts, finishes and techniques that will be applied in the final design. (If any painting is to take place, it will be scheduled prior to the final installation day.)
Personalized materials and finishes selection review - Similar to the color selection we will meet for a 1 hour review on materials and finishes. In this review we will talk about the furniture, accessories and how to tie it all together in preparation for the installation day. If items are to be added, we will also review those and create a purchasing guide.
Installation day! You guessed it, this is the day everything is ready, we have purchased all new items and will install and accessorize your space.
Finally, the walk through. After everything is complete, we walk through the space together to make sure everything is as it should be and make a list of finishing touches if needed.
